Whatever your interest in pets we have the right products at the keenest prices. We are large enough to have the best possible buying power but are still able to react quickly with new products, offers and promotions. We are a privately owned business with thirty six years experience in supplying the finest fish and pets.

To ensure we continue to be as competitve as possible in our stores and online, our prices will vary, some items are a little more expensive online and some are cheaper. It is also not possible to stock every line all of the time in our stores due to the space required. If it is 'in stock' then it will be in our shops or warehouses at the time.

All of our staff are continuously trained as products develop and many hold OATA Advanced Diplomas and Certificates in fish keeping and their environment, AMTRA qualifications in animal medicines (including the first 'Student of the Year Award') and Pet Store Management City and Guilds qualifications.

We know about our livestock and products, our advice is free and available seven days a week.
