Blagdon Force Hybrid Filter and Waterfall Pond Pump
New for 2010. The Blagdon Force Hybrid Water Pumps are ideal for filter systems and waterfalls proving durable, reliable, powerful and economical with a convenient folw adjustment control valve.The Hybrid Pumps have a unique, switchable hybrid intake system allowing for two different modes. Either the Sludge Removal Mode can be used which will optimise the pond floor intake for increased filter performance and removal of sludge and up to 8mm solids, or the Multipurpose Cage Mode can be used which will give low speed intake and a higher surface area ideally suited to general pond use and for minimum maintenance over the winter months or while on holiday.
The Blagdon Force Hybrid 5000 pump is designed for medium ponds with an appoximate size of 5.3m long, 1.7m wide and 0.6m deep.They will run a filter and waterfall in a pond with the maximum water volume of 5190 litres or 1141 gallons.
