Royal Canin Maxi Junior is a complete dry food for large breed dogs from 5 months to 15 months. It promotes a balanced intestinal flora and helps support gastrointestinal mucosa by means of prebiotics: sugar beet pulp, fructo-oligo-saccharides, mannan-oligo-saccharides, and psyllium which helps regulate intestinal transit. The nutritious formula ensures harmonious development of the skeleton and muscles and helps support joint health from an early age, whilst also helping to support natural defences.

This 2nd stage of growth is characterised by a gradual consolidation. The growth rate in height and weight is slower, but the puppy continues to develop its muscle mass and consolidate its skeleton for about ten months.
From 5 months the construction of the puppy's bone and joints is nearly complete. But its growth is far from finished: it enters a stage of muscle building that still requires a higher energy intake than an adult. This energy intake must however be strictly controlled to prevent the puppy from becoming overweight, which in turn could lead to skeletal deformation.
During this stage, the digestive system has become more mature, so that the puppy can have larger meals to satisfy its appetite.
Royal Canin Maxi Junior makes the ideal diet for your growing puppy, providing it with all the necessary and vital nutrients he or she needs to stay strong and healthy.

Ingredients: Rice, dehydrated poultry meat, dehydrated beef and pork protein*, maize flour, animal fats, hydrolysed animal proteins, maize gluten, maize, minerals, beet pulp, vegetable fibres, vegetable protein isolate*, soya oil, fish oil, psyllium husks and seeds, fructo-oligo- saccharides, hydrolysed yeast (source of mannan-oligo-saccharides), hydrolysed crustaceans (source of glucosamine), marigold extract (source of Luteine), hydrolysed cartilage (source of chrondroitin).
