Pro Plan Adult Small Dog is a complete and balanced food for small breed adult dogs less than 10kg, with bite-sized kibbles specially developed for smaller breeds. Along with prebiotics which aid the growth of good bacteria in the gut, added B vitamins help sustain energy levels. Fresh chicken is the prime ingredient as well as high quality fat, protein and carbohydrate with the addition of vitamins A, C and E to help develop and reinforce the digestive and immune systems. Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids help to protect from environmental challenges, and promote and support the development of a healthy skin and coat.Ingredients: Chicken (20%), wheat, dehydrated poultry protein, maize gluten, maize, Rice (7%), animal fat, beet pulp, digest, dried egg, calcium phosphate, potassium chloride, fish oil, sodium chloride, minerals.
Antioxidant: Tocopherols (rich extracts of natural origin).
Vitamins: Vitamin A: 15000 IU/kg, Vitamin D3: 750 IU/kg, Vitamin E: 500 mg/kg, Vitamin C: 100 mg/kg.

This has been an excellent food for my Yorkshire Terrier for most of her 10yrs. She is satisfied after eating and has a lovely glossy coat. I just wish it was available in the "light" version that larger breeds can enjoy as she is tending to be overweight. Perhaps one day Purina will consider smaller breeds for this lighter product?
