Specifically developed for puppies of large breeds (>25Kg expected adult weight).A 100% complete food for large breed puppies and junior dogs with 29% protein, 13% fat and essential vitamins and minerals.With natural sources of glucosamine and the right levels of calcium and phosphorous that allow your puppy’s bones to develop properly whilst protecting his joints.Beta Puppy Large Breed helps your puppy build natural defences during growth, giving him the best start in life.
Like all products in the Beta range, it contains a unique blend of chicory and beet pulp. Chicory is a source of pre-biotic that has been proven to increase the numbers of good bacteria in the intestine and improve digestive health. Chicory is a vegetable that contains the natural prebiotic in the natural fibre inulin. This is proven to help increase the numbers of good bacteria, bifidobacteria which in combination with good quality ingredients helps increase the absorption of beneficial nutrients. This all has a positive effect on a dog's overall well-being.
With turkey as a good source of protein, Beta Puppy Large Breed is carefully balanced with wholesome ingredients such as wholegrain cereals to promote the optimal growth of your puppy.
Beta's mix of 70% normal sized kibbles with 30% larger kibbles not only provides high quality nutrition, the larger kibbles are specially textured to encourage chewing for dental and digestive health.

Excellent for our Newfoundland Puppy, The breeder started her on Purina Beta Large Breed, after advice from her Vet, that this complete does not swell as much as some other complete foods in the puppies stomach, which can surely be better for her, she has thrived and is now 1 year old at 18 months we will introduce Purina Junior.
