Doesn't clump like some 4th May 2011

I have 5 house cats and have tried several types of cat litter. Whilst this one is not as dusty it doesn't always clump and therefore leaves wet litter that drops through the scoop or will not scoop up. Perhaps I should leave the wet areas for a few hours before removing. . I have not had this trouble with other clumping litter but have had lots of dust . Suppose one can't have everything! However, I would like to find one that I can say 'at last the perfect litter' i.e. dust free, perfect clumping and odour controlling.
