Fluval E Series Electronic Aquarium Heater
The Fluval E Series are one of the most technically advanced submersible aquarium heaters available, the VueTech LCD display delivers peace of mind by continuosly showing the real time water temperatures. The temperature display changes colour if the aquarium water temperature varies from the required level.The screen is green when the temperature is correct to the level initially set, if the aquarium drops by three degrees the large screen becomes blue and should it rise by the same amount the screen becomes red, still showing the accurate temperature. Fluctuations to this level are usual in natural conditions but any more can be harmful and these heaters are the ideal monitor ensuring that even rises in temperature caused by an outside source are monitored and notified.
The initial setting level is accurate to half a degree.
The integrated fish guard offers advanced protection for fish and invertebrates.
The 50 watt model is suitable for aquariums up to 60 litres.

Bought this to replace my tired heater. On reading the features this heater had against the price tag, I was impressed. The build quality is good. The black plastic guard is a strong durable plastic. And I like the back-light LED temp reading which is quite accurate. The colour back-light feature is a nice touch. Glowing blue when your tank temp is below the set temperature. Green when your tank temp is withing range and red when too high. LF flashes when it detect there is low water flow rate around the heater. All in all, well priced for the features you get and does a great job heating.
