Ordering online from Seapets is easy. All card transactions take place on a secure server and we accept all major Credit and Debit cards, except American Express.

Just add the required items(s) to your shopping basket and follow the prompts displayed.

On receipt of your order, you will be given a reference and an email receipt. Your goods will then be dispatched as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours for items currently in stock).

Delivery Charges
Current Offer, free delivery on orders over £29, Mainland Only. Our normal delivery charge is £4.95 for parcels up to 30kg delivered from stock, normally in five working days. The shopping basket weight is calculated as products are added, it normally takes a lot of products to get to 30kg.

An express service is available for stock items, delivery within two working days, at a total charge of £6.95. (Up to or for each 30 kilos)

For small items that we are able to post recorded delivery, the charge is only £1.95 but is solely at our discretion.

We want you returning regularly so we will always keep the cost to the minimum.

Aquariums made of glass are normally delivered free throughout mainland England. Customers are always contacted by Seapets, or our carrier to arrange a suitable delivery day. Our carriers are not insured to carry any item into the house so please be sure to have help available if required. Carriers charge for a second delivery at between £5 and £20 so please have a responsible person available to receive the delivery as arranged. Saturday deliveries may be arranged but can cost up to £30 extra.

Aquarium orders requiring delivery to Scotland, Wales, Devon and Cornwall will be charged at £15.00 and to the Highlands and Ireland a charge of £25.00 will be added, due to the additional charges made by carriers.

When products are in stock, we aim to process and despatch all orders quickly. However, if any items are not in stock, delivery may be delayed. Please therefore allow up to 28 days. We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team at web1@seapets.co.uk

Part shipping of orders is done at our own discretion.

Channel Islands VAT - Vat is refunded as part of our office procedure for deliveries to the Channel Islands.

Backorders
We keep as much as possible of what is on-line in stock. Most items that are out of stock arrive within a week or two. All backorders are shipped within 24 hours of their receipt. If a backordered item is arriving within 48 hours, we will hold the order until it arrives. There are times when items that are manufactured for us take longer than normal to arrive. These items offer the delivery times in the individual product information section.

Our Return/Refund Policy
We will replace any of our items if it has a defect, a replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the faulty item. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. PART OF THE VALUE OF AN ITEM IS ITS METHOD OR SECRET, please be careful when selected an item for purchase. If you have any questions regarding a prop or effect, please contact us and we will do our best to answer your questions. Any returned goods must be unused and in saleable condition in the original packaging.

A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED TO THOSE CUSTOMERS WHERE EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE REGARDING THE RETURN OF AN ITEM NOT DEEMED AS DEFECTIVE. Only authorized returns will be accepted. If returning a product to us, please email returns@seapets.co.uk with the details before doing so.
