How Seapets Gift Vouchers Work.

They are purchased at face value on our website or in our stores.

The vouchers are then posted out free of charge to either the person ordering or to an alternative delivery address, whichever is required.

Once presented, the recipient may either spend them in store in the normal way, or spend them on our website by placing an order and in the delivery instruction box, on our checkout page, simply state that gift vouchers are to be used for that purchase and state the value of the vouchers being used.

Seapets will email a quick confirmation where we will request the voucher details and on receipt of a satisfactory reply the voucher amount required will be deducted from the order. It will be necessary for a card number to be entered when the order is placed, but only any difference in value between the order total and the vouchers will be charged or change refunded, as below.

Gift Vouchers, once purchased, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit card refund.

Change may be given to a maximum of five pounds. Either refunded on the card or by cash in store

These vouchers are not a cash replacement and have no value without an accurate sales record on our system. They may be spent only once and once spent they are of no further monetary value.

We reserve the right to refuse payment should any fraudulent claims be suspected.
