Our Cash and Carry is available to callers and Internet Customers that require regular food deliveries can use our Diary Service. 

Seapets Diary Food Orders

Seapets operates a diary service for internet customers that keeps a record of your regular order. If you wish to use this service we will send an email to you the day before picking, to let you know that a delivery is coming in a couple of days. If you want to make changes you can then simply reply to the email, but if you want the delivery as normal, just use it as a reminder, you don't have to do anything, the food will arrive.

It is easy to set up, simply place the first order on the website as normal, using the payment card that you would like the first and following orders to be charged to. In our delivery notes box add that this is to be a diary order and whether you prefer fortnightly or monthly. We will set up the diary and record the card details.

For pre-approved kennels, catteries and trainers the ‘Seapets Professional' price will be charged, with the adjustments made in the office as necessary. These prices may be obtained by email to ‘Professionals' only. We have to be very strict about this because we have the support of the food manufacturers in the way we control our prices. You can collect Seapets Points on all orders which offers a further reduction on future purchases.

Seapets Professional Feeds is a cash and carry operation enabling the lowest prices when purchasing bulk pet foods. It is designed to benefit the regular customer to whom low prices are important due to the larger quantities of food regularly required.

Customers must have a Seapets Professional buying card to purchase goods from our Cash and Carry, this allows the lowest possible prices to be charged across our wide range of foods, the card holder also benefits from a five percent discount in our Superstores on most sundries and equipment that is not available in the Cash and Carry.

Whilst our staff are very knowledgeable on all aspects of pet nutrition and will be able to advise on feeds, their main aim will be to assist the smooth and efficient flow of your purchases through the checkout and into your vehicle.

Our Professional Card is only issued to those customers who wish to make regular purchases of bulk foods to feed their several animals and whilst we would not wish to offend any customers, Professional Cards will be regularly reviewed and any that are lightly used will be discontinued.
